My Xbox One controller won’t connect to my console or my PC via Bluetooth or USB. The Bluetooth stopped working several months ago and ever since I’ve been using a USB cable to connect but recently it’s stopped working. Now when I connect a USB the Xbox button just continues flashing and won’t connect.

I have tried connecting it to my Windows PC in order to use the Accessories app to update the controller but it reacts the exact same.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

I have recently bought a used Forza edition Xbox One console (the blue one with capacitive touch power and eject buttons) and while it works and seems to run nicely, every 5-10 minutes or so after turning on the console, it will disconnect from the WiFi.
