Zyxel (Modems/Gateways): MAC Filtering
Login Information

Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Username: admin

Password: 1234

MAC Filtering

Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.

Open a web browser on a computer.

Type the gateway address: 192.168.1.1 into the web address bar, select
apply.

This will take you to a login page, type admin for the username and type
1234 for the password.

Select Network on the main page.

Select Wireless LAN.

Select MAC Filter.

Next to MAC Restrict Mode select the Allow option.

Select the Add button.

Type in the wireless devices MAC address you would like to add.

Select the Apply button to add the device.

Continue to add devices from your network using the Add button.

Select Apply to save the changes.

Disable MAC Filtering

there isn’t an active box. there are disable, allow, or deny boxes though. my xbox was connected to the internet fine then the xbox randomly turned itself off and it won’t connect. i’ve reset the wifi and everything.

If you can enable some verbose logs on the router you should be able to see the MAC address of the Xbox and if it is blocked or not.
