Zyxel C1000z: ZyXEL C3000Z Router/Modem isn't seen by Xbox One

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I recommend following this step to help reset the consoles wireless network card. First step would be performing a power cycle on your Xbox one. This step simply requires you tur off your console by holding
the power button on your xbox down for about 10 seconds (or until your Xbox turns off).

If this step does not help your console recognize wifi networks, then we need to reset your console in a different way. Go into your network settings and then select "Advanced settings" > Select "Alternate Mac Address" > Select Clear and then select Restart.
After this restart, go back into your network settings to see if the issue persists.

Network settings for XBox suggests that a wired ethernet connection is preferred as WiFi signals can have interference affecting a stable network
connection.

Do you have an original launch Xbox One? If so that may be the issue as that router uses 802.11ac and that is only supported on the S and X models of Xbox One.

Good pick up. I did a bit of searching and found this Comparisons of XBox specifications. You still should be able to use a wired ethernet connection to your new router.

May I ask, is your ZyXEL C1000Z operating in bridge mode, or router/NAT mode?

If it's possible, can you try connect your Xbox directly in to the ZyXEL C1000Z, and verify if you can connect properly to Live, or not.
