Zombie Killer Glitch? Zombie kill count issues

I just received an Xbox One and the first game I am playing for it is Dead Rising 3. I was going through play the beginning of the game when the Zombie Killer achievement didn't pop. I looked at the achievement list and it still said 0% even though I had
164 zombies killed according to the games counter. I reset the data on the game options and started back from the beginning at zero. Started playing the game again and still the achievement counter isn't working. I had received two other achievements and
see the progress bars filling in other areas, just not for zombie kills. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

URGENT LEADERBOARD RESET [B\]

It has been reset for me to so I guess all 400 zombie pigment kills were for nothing and my slime kills to count this has happened twice for me.

 

Zombie Kills don't count!!!

After i played the game for the First ~10minutes i reached 230 kills but the "Zombie Killer" achievement didn't unlock and in the snaped achievement section the kills don't count!Is there a solution please?

I even tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it.

 

I have this problem too. My in-game counter says 13,000+ and I JUST unlocked the 10,000 killed achievement. Not really sure what the problem is. The Xbox Live leaderboards for Zombies Killed and PP Earned are not in sync with the in-game counters.

 

I'm having the same problem too. I don't know why its doing it and it's very irritating; not understanding why the kill count and PP earning are not updating or syncing is very frustrating at the same time.

 

The achievement should still unlock but it won't unlock until well after you reach the target on the in-game tracker. But the achievement tracker for this game is not reliable and some of the achievements are still a little glitchy. So, to be safe, just
keep track of your progress with the in-game trackers and don't freak out when they don't unlock right away. As you play the game, not all of your kills will count towards the achievement. I never did figure out which kills did and did not count though.

 

It's just off by a bit. It should still give you the chieves once you keep killing. My counter is off by 4k...

 

Mine did the same but you can get the achievements regardless. I just passed the 100,000+ achievement and my tracker says 32,000 on the achievement guide lol
