    it doesn't freeze,, it just gives up at 78/80% and then states it failed and to check network and retry,, im on my 2nd xbox in two days and both have done the same,, I also get network errors,, however a friend has since used my wifi to get his to upload,,
    so errrr.... I reckon my wifi is fine and these machines have shoddy components or,,, the update is just bad... :( not being a douche or anything but all the ambassadors on here have just given the official site guide about hard reset and to be honest its
    cack,,, it simply does not work.. :(:(

    At this time there is not a way to download the update via a zip file for USB or disk. You will need to connect your console to the internet to download the update.
