    Hey there FALCON TRAIN,

    It's not possible to get a virus on the Xbox One console, are you referring to a Windows 10 PC? If so, you'll want to use a virus scanner/remover to help with that. There wouldn't be anything we can do on the Xbox forums to help further with that though.
