  1. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT GREAT AT LETTING ME BUY SOMETHING


    I put this under 'sales and Promotions' because surprise, surprise, there wasn't an option for discussion on Customer Service.

    I bought something.... took my money fine but something went wrong with product and 2 days later ALL attempts to virtual chat/ request a call back / tweets are met with dead ends and NO ONE to talk to for help.

    Absolutely shockingly the most appalling Customer Service of a kind you might expect from some 2 bit operation or a rogue trader but Microsoft? Honestly...get it together or I am defecting and moving to another platform and can't honestly say I'd have a
    good word to say..

    Ztrooper I'm here because MS customer service pointed me here when I made an official complaint about MS service. They actually told me to post here so I am letting others know my displeasure at how MS treats it's customers.

    in my anger at your stupidity i forgot to tell you that my problem is that it says that the person who purchased the games has to log in... i am the person who purchased the games.

    i bought a game on an alt account by accident. it wouldnt let me play it on my main. long story short, i had to buy a 2nd copy because even though the purchase and both names could indefinitely be sourced to the same location and i had all the proper details
    for both accounts, they could give two **** less.

    Error when trying to purchase something

    And I was just able to create a new account/add my debit card to that account AND see payment options when trying to buy something instead of a greyed out box/redirect. Customer service keeps telling me to call my bank to make sure it's not on their end..
    how can it be on their end when I have ZERO cards tied to the account and am still getting the same issue. How come when I add that card to a different account I have zero issues with it popping up.

    I wish some customer service people didn't have to follow a script and could actually try and get an issue resolved.
