Hi my name is Jacob Edward mchardie and i desperately need someoneshelp please

now before you just ignore me and consider not helping meplease at least read

my story i know it might not seem important toyou but it is to me and i've

tried everything i know i could do to tryand get them to release my online game

accounts i have contacted thebetter business bureau i have contacted the

attorney generals officein Missouri i have contacted the attorney generals

office in Marylandand i have contacted the attorney generals office in

Washington statei have tried to call this company multiple times i have tried

to sendin tickets multiple times and i get ignored over and over so where to

start my name is Jacob Edward mchardie i'm 30 years old i have alearning

disability i have ptsd i have major depression and anxiety ifeel suicidal all

the time i hate myself i always want to hurt myselfi want to die so badly i'm

just afraid i have no friends i havenothing just my momma that's it so my story

begins with a companycalled zenimax media located in Maryland microsoft owns

zenimax mediaalright now i use to play a game called the elder scrolls online i

played it for 7 years of my life i put over 25 thousand hours into mygame

accounts i played the elder scrolls online for an escape from myreal life so i

didn't feel so alone and like i'm a loser zenimax mediabanned me then called

police to my home 3 times and threatened topress harassment charges if i didn't

stop trying to get my two gameaccounts back i have tried everything to get them

to reason with mebut they won't i'm in therapy i'm on meditation i am trying to

bettermyself now look before you over look this and think it's nothing plspls

pls don't be so quick to judge just yet after doing some searchingi have found

multiple people who's got discriminated against byzenimax online studios

located in Maryland this includes war veteransthis includes ppl like me who's

handicap and slow and suicidal zenimaxdoesn't respond they ignore you and treat

you like your a criminal ifyou search the better business bureau site and look

under zenimaxmedia theirs 100s of complaints about the way zenimax media treats

their players if you look on a site called truspilot search zenimax orbethesda

you will see others complaining about zenimax 1000s of pplzenimax has

manipulated the laws of America for years and now theirdiscriminateing against

people with mental health disabilies pls i begyou cnn pls do not let this stand

zenimax media is responsible forripping 100s of ppl off and mistreating their

players the way i'vebeen treated by them since September 2021 i been trying to

get my twogame accounts back and they try to scare me by calling the police on

me 3 times i just want to return back to tamriel i feel i lost a partof me i

feel so miserable and sad and angry all the time the elderscrolls online was my

escape where i ran to so i didn't think aboutkilling myself richard rassmussin

a senior supervisor was mean to meeven to the point i was crying on the phone

with him beging him plsrelease my online game accounts he didn't care pls now i

know i'm anobody and i understand this probably doesn't interest cnn but this

was the only last thing i knew to do i've tried everything elsezenimax is

corrupt and bloated with lies and uses underhanded shadybusiness practices to

take advantage of ppl that's their customerszenimax knew i was mentally

handicap yet still banned me now all i dois cry and sit in ny bedroom all day

thinking about killing myself plsdon't ignore this please don't let this sort

of behavior be allowed tocontinue it's not right zenimax is breaking the laws

put into place toprotect disabled people like me the ada has rules to protect
