Zattoo help

    Hello, i can not see zattoo and play games at the same time. Andock funktion is not work with the app zattoo. why? Please help. Fix this!

    Zattoo not working for 3 days

    Hello,

    My Zattoo app on Xbox360 cannot connect to server anymore.

    I have no connection problem with others apps.

    I followed the instructions:

    - I checked xbox.com/status (no problem signaled)

    -I suppressed zattoo

    -I suppressed zattoo update

    -I went to app store

    -I downloaded zattoo

    -I rebooted the xbox.

    I had almost never a problem with this app for 1 year and now it's not working for 3 days.

    Please help!

    perhaps I have to say I don't even use Television I even don't have a connection. Durring the Football Worldcup I used ZATTOO live TV and it worked great. So i can watch TV in Bad qually and if theirs an movie or an game i'd like to see I can use Zatoo and
    buy an hd stream for 1 euro or something like that.

    SO I have the hdmi-in port connected to my pc to get xbox one into an REAL multimedia device.

    14 day trial code doesn't seem to work...

    A trial code does not grant full access to all Gold features but only limited. The fact that you can play the multiplayer beta proves that the code is working as you do require a Gold or trial membership to play it.

    It seems as though the Zattoo service requires a username and password for use. If it is telling you that your username and password are incorrect then that is something you should take up with their website.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
