Ich habe ein Spiel im Microsoft Store bezahlt, leider doppelt. Bekomme ich den Betrag der zu viel überwiesen wurde zurück, wenn ja, wie?

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

Hi, it happened also to me few times and in my case the issue was on the bank side and they simply canceled the double payment after some days.

If you check on your purchase history on the xbox account and you see only one purchase I think you are in a similar situation, If you see two differents purchases I suggest you to directly contact the xbox support: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...g-payment-updates/check-xbox-purchase-history

Bedenke, dass wenn Du das Abo erneut aktivierst, dann auch nochmal eine Zahlung für das Abo fällig ist. Die Zahlung jetzt war erstmal "nur" um Deine Schulden zu bezahlen.

Wenn eine Vorbestellung über Guthaben erfolgt ist, wird keine Abbuchung von deinem Bankkonto erfolgen.

Die Bestätigung per Mail kommt soweit ich weiß immer.

Falls doch eine Abbuchung erfolgen sollte wende dich an den Support. Die sollten die doppelte Zahlung stornieren können.

Bisher hatte ich das allerdings noch nie. Sollte also alles gut sein.
