    Microsoft Account Hacked

    Yup what Bloo said, my skype was compromised because of a loophople in their system when connecting your MS account to it. I went and got the verification app and no other issues, just remember don't use the same password for your email and accounts.

    They break into your account they will test your email, and if it's the same or similar they'll be able to take control of everything.

    Hello xDiscoStu,

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    Best of luck, they should be able to reinstate your account through email verification if you still have access to the email account you signed up with.

    Yup you can't undo it if you want to know why you got banned check your email associated with your microsoft account.
