YouTube will not open

Discus and support YouTube will not open in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So this glitch only happens on my main account on my Xbox One. I tried to open YouTube.     YouTube will not open


    So this glitch only happens on my main account on my Xbox One. I tried to open YouTube. And it will not load, it will send me back to the main menu without giving me an error code or anything, then I will try to open it on a different account and it works perfectly fine, do not know how to get rid of it and do not know how to fix it somebody please help

    Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello ChillixYT, try to I don't know if you have a regular or new-generation Xbox, or if you've already performed a procedure on your console, if you haven't already, follow the procedures below.

    First uninstall the Youtube App, then remove any game or App you might have in quick resume.

    After this, do a cache clean up.

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    My Youtube app ALWAYS crashes while searching for videos. Never fails. Even clearing the cache does not help nor does reinstalling the app. Pathetic.

    While Youtube was never the most feature rich, fastest or user friendly, it was fairly stable. Since it was updated it has rotunly crashed, failed to open or just displayed hour glass in place of video. Its almost to the point it is easier to suffer through
    Youtube site in Edge browser but that browser crashes about once every two minutes. Please fix asap.

    been having issues too, have to turn the console off and on again every time i want it too work, ever since big update nothing but issues, randomly disconnecting controller once or twice a day too... plz fix these problems with a patch microsoft... and why
    does every time i want do sumthing it now requires sync data? help plz
