YouTube stops playing and tells me to connect to Xbox Live

I started my Xbox up today and there was an update. So I downloaded the update and went back to doing what I was going to do, watching some stuff using the Youtube app. Suddenly, around 7 minutes into the vid, the video stops, I get kicked from Youtube and
a message comes up that says I've been disconnected from Xbox Live. I get told to reset my router and test my Xbox Live connection. I do this and I get told my Xbox is connected to my wifi, the internet but not to Xbox Live. I run the troubleshooting and it
suggests I configure network and restore to factory defaults, then just reconnect to my wifi network. I do this and now it connects to the wifi but not the internet and tells me I have an internet problem (clearly, as I'm typing this up on my computer and
have checked the troubleshooting page again on my phone) and I get the 8015190E error code, which when I looked that up, it says that is an error with the cloud. Now after trying to reset my router again, I am told I can connect to the wifi, not the internet,
but my Xbox can tell me which features of live are currently running with no problems and which are having issues (Live connectivity is fine, apparently, just not at my house). How it can tell this without being able to connect to the internet, I have no idea.
My live account is accessible on this website, everything else in the house is working fine on the internet. What is going on?

Well, I'm sorry for living "in 1987". Can someone tell me how to stop my provider from charging me for playing Xbox games online?

All im getting when hitting xbox live is a msg telling me i need to be connected to xbox live to play online

Yes, Mister Fizzle I am still experiencing this problem. But it's not only on Black Ops 2. Everytime I go to an app such as Youtube it signs me out. And any Arcade game I play it signs me out. Or any other game I'm playing. I can sign back in and connect
to Xbox Live and still play. But it's annoying. And if I'm in a Party/Chat I have to rejoin/recreate that Party/Chat. Does anyone know why this is doing this and how to stop it?

Im getting a matchmaking service alert. It lets me play for a little while, then tells me Ive lost my xbox live connection whilst Im still talking to members of my party. Its just a complete mess. If it didt work at all it would be easier, but its working
for 30 seconds and then stopping and then starting.
