YouTube sidebar not appearing on Xbox One S all digital

how on earth am i supposed to fix this?? im just trying to look up improvement tips for apex and this barrier makes me stumble. force restarted it by holding the power button for 8 seconds or so and waited. that didnt work, so i resort to deleting youtube all together. reinstalled it and opened it and LO AND BEHOLD, the situation is now worse. im signed out of my account having to put up with these cringe thumbnails AND there is no sidebar with an option that says to sign in. i force restart it AGAIN and reset my router (if it helps i am on cox) then go back to my den to start the console again. on the home menu and open up youtube. NOPE! still no sidebar with the thumbnails getting cringier. any of yall had this issue?? please help!

I'm having an issue with the youtube app on xbox one. I used to use the sidebar to scroll through all of my subscriptions to watch the newest uploads from all of my favorite channels. Now, my subscriptions have disappeared from the sidebar. I have to go
to "subscriptions" and scroll from the beginning every time I want to get to a different channel. I tried signing out and back in, as well as deleting and reinstalling the youtube app.

You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,

Most are likely from reddit, the site is listed in the Xbox Themes sidebar as a place to preview your backgrounds, once they are previewed by someone they appear in the list, I just categorize them as they appear. I plan on implementing a filter for what's
on etc so it's easier to find ones that work with extended tabs.

no. I believe you still need to get the digital version of the game if you're referring to Xbox series S or all digital Xbox one S
