    I also have this problem to the point i don't even bother using youtube on my 360 any more.

    I have literally everything at unrestricted but some videos just remain with that weird error message that’s not suppose to be there.

    Is there a child account that's currently added to your console? If there's one, try removing it.

    To make sure that your Xbox account has no restrictions too, please visit your account privacy on https://account.xbox.com/Settings, make sure that everything is allowed and no options are restricted.

    Since this is YouTube, it must be dependent on your Google account settings. I suggest that you also check your Google account settings online.
