    Youtube on xbox one glitching


    Hi there, my son is trying to use the youtube app on his xbox one to watch some programs, however, when he is trying to type, either using a keyboard or his xbox controller it is like it sticks and keeps going back and forth between two letters/digits
    and he cannot get anywhere. The normal trick of turning it on and off isn't working, I was wondering if anyone has any suggest for me. Thanks Youtube on xbox one glitching :)
