YouTube error

    YouTube error


    YouTube hasn't been working today. I even deleted the app and downloaded again and I still receive an error.

    Did you try clearing your system cache? After you do that, re-install youtube and see if it works then. Good luck!

    I have been unable to find a way to speak to a rep at xbox. How the ???? do you do that? Even in my acct, the help button doesn't work. Any shortcuts? And....why would I want a PS 4?

    I am having the same issue and they do not no what to do to fix this issue. Have you found anything to fix this issue? I has happened ever since I did the last update.

    In order to troubleshoot some possible causes of the problem, may I ask if you can log into Edge in your browser?

    If you can log in in your browser and watch the video normally, it is possible that the problem is with the YouTube application. In this case you can try to log out and log back in.

    If after logging out and back in, you still cannot watch YouTube videos, you may consider contacting YouTube support for more help:

    https://support.google.com/youtube/

    I had trouble like this at the time. Now, mine is fixed and I'll give a solution to try. Try unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging in the wireless router for 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, it means you need and Xbox Live update to fix it.

    Buy the PS 4. Try to chat with an xbox representative. (Rigth now it's only a 1 minute wait time).
