    i’ve tried to open my youtube app on both my xbox one and xbox series s to no avail. it either loads for minutes at a time before saying “couldn’t connect” or doesn’t open at all.

    i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked for updates, hard reset and factory reset my xbox, reset my router and disconnected and reconnected it… i’ve done basically all the obvious things and nothing has worked. googling just gives me the same options i’ve already tried.

    the problems started after i switched to using my xbox series s, so i switched back to using my xbox one but it seems to have followed to that console too.

    i should add that all other apps/games work totally fine.

    I have the EXACT same issue! So frustrating, my OneDrive is more time consuming to deal with, and pointless in my opinion, since I only care to upload to YouTube. No one can seem to answer why it does this

    Thanks for the reply guys. I figured it out. After deleting the app from my hard drive, I had to reboot the whole console. Then I redownloaded the app and viola!... it worked again.
