Youtube app not working on my xbox series s/x

When I try to watch anything on the YouTube app on my xbox series s/x it gives me a black screen and closes the app. I've try all the troubleshooting i was recommended but none of it worked.

I tried that did not work and I tried uninstalling YouTube and reinstalling the app and that did not work. This problem is happening on Xbox one x and Xbox series x!

Apps are the responsibility of third parties

If Microsoft doesn't make it, you need to contact the publisher of whatever game or app

The 'App password' for the Xbox 360 is a work-around for the two step verification system available for the Xbox One/Series X|S. As the Xbox 360 doesn't support 2 step, you need to use an 'App Password' on these consoles.

For the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, you need to use your Microsoft account password.

The Series S/X version is only playable on the Series S/X and will not work on the One. The Xbox One version will work on both.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore
