Youtube app doesnt load on Xbox One

Hi. I'm having an issue with my youtube app on xbox one.

Whenever I try to watch a video it doesn't load.

The screen loads and that loading spin keeps loading forever.

I've tried hard resenting, unnistalling the yt app and cleaning the cache.

It worked for about 3 ou 4 videos and then it stoped loading again.

My internet is not the problem, other apps like netflix are working fine.

It's one of the most used apps in my xbox. Can someone help me?

YouTube App - Uploads - Unable to load channel

I am trying to use the upload feature on the YouTube app on the Xbox One, but whenever i click on uploads it instantly comes up with "Unable to load channel"

I have tried turning it off and on, reinstalling the YouTube app, even a full Factory Reset on the Xbox One but still same message

everything is broken...

youtube wont open,twitch doesnt load,activity feed wont load,games with gold area does not load...

and i am not the only one with these problems...GG Microsoft

Hey there Rafael53160,

I'm sorry to hear about the loading issue. As you may have already tried some of this troubleshooting, I would suggest trying these steps below in this specific order to see if we can get things sorted out and get you back to enjoying the YouTube app.

Uninstall the YouTube app.

Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source, unplug your router/modem/or gateway and give it a few minutes.

Then, plug all the cords back in and turn the console back on.

Reinstall the YouTube app.

Try launching the app again as normal and watch some videos.

If after you try these steps above and they don't seem to do the trick, please post back and let me know. Thanks in advance!

You can bypass the black screen by logging out of your gamertag, launching the game/app and then signing back in to your gamertag.

Check you local xbox live status. For the moment there is a general issue going on that afflicts gaming and applications like you tube.
