    YouTube App consistently unable to launch


    I’m in Alpha preview - anyone else consistently seeing an issue with the YouTube app being unable to start? Nearly every day I get the “Something went wrong” error and the only fix seems to be a console reboot. Very frustrating. I have reported it.

    Curious if this is a known and/or common issue and if anyone has found a fix or is rebooting my best option? Thanks.

    Same here. I use my app a lot for looking at news and other things and now I can't unless I am on my laptop or phone. Bummer. I am just about had it with this console and the company. Me and hubby is heavily considering trade in for the PlayStation 4.

    Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the problem?

    Same problem here, not only YouTube, but showtime and comedy central do the same thing as well. Received a txt saying app issues resolved this morning and once again nothing has changed. Never had any of these issues for 7 years on the 360!!

    Yeah YouTube was what I mostly used my Xbox for, the best Xbox support can suggest is reset the consol to the factory settings its an absolute joke

    No mate all my stuff is saved internally, everything seems to work apart from YouTube the screen goes red then it jumps back to the home
