    Are you using the Xbox (beta) app? If so, can you please submit a report about this issue via the "report a problem" button. If you're not using the beta app, can you please download and try viewing messages again?

    Sorry to hear about the missing achievement! Which achievement are you When viewing the achievement in the Achievement app, does it show 100% progress or 'Done! Unlocking..."?

    Same problem. I posted to these forums, but I'm not sure if anyone is actively checking them.

    Can you install one of the titles you're trying to install from the Xbox (Beta) app without issues?

    If so, then I'd recommend we try Settings > Apps and then find the Xbox (Beta) app, select it and click "Advanced options" and then click the "Reset" button. See if that does the trick.

    What you missed is that the OP wants to keep their current GT name and therefore does not want to start a new one.



    I suspect that achievements will be sortable so we can view Xbox One cheevos only.
