If you see a message telling you that you're already using your account on another device, it means someone else is using your account. Check if you see any unknown devices linked to your account on this website:

Also check here:

If you see devices you don't recognize there, you can remove them.

Are Xbox One achievement s working properly? Have you possibly already unlocked those achievements on the 360?

You’re welcome and you’re correct. But Xbox Game Pass is not available for Xbox 360, it’s only available on Xbox One as well as Xbox Series X|S and that’s why you’re getting the error.

If you have an Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S you will be able to use the subscription both on PC and Xbox.

You can get an Xbox one X Console, but you won’t get the full benefit of what it can do if you don’t have a 4K TV. Hopefully you have at least a 1080P TV. In this situation I would normally say to get the Xbox one S system but since you’re talking about
trading out, I’m assuming you’re not going to have to pay much to get it and at least if you get the X, if you do decide to get a 4K TV you’re already set
