Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Restore

Then, on the same page, press Repair.

Restart your PC and follow these steps:

Launch the Xbox app for PC.

Click your Profile picture.

Click on Support.

Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool.

Click on Start Troubleshooting.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to help, I am still unable to figure it out. I double checked my suspensions, I'm all good. I can still message friends and play multiplayer games with them such as Minecraft. I checked my settings and all my relevant settings say its allowed. Maybe I'm missing something? Could you point to which settings I could check out? So far I have Checked Suspensions, Restarted My Game Bar & Updated It, checked my game bar settings, I checked my NAT Type, and I restarted my PC.
