Your purchases from the store will be tied to that account, so you need to use the same account when you logon to your Xbox. If you want to use your current Xbox Account for purchases, move your payment options over there.

When Xbox and store account are different,

I go to xbox

Logs out of store account and says on xbox

Your Xbox account is set as your store account
