hello .. why my scorpio player app cannot open ... my xbox say " Your trial for this game has expired " To keep playing, buy the game in the microsoft store (0x803f800a)

i'v have already purchased this app ... this mean i have to purchase again ?

please someone help me ?

my solution : already reset my xbox one but still have this problem

If the above solution does not help. Sometime
to remove and re-add the account helps to solve licensing problems.

Hi There,

There might be an issue with the Xbox cache. See if you can reset it, by doing this.

1. Turn off your Xbox, ensure that the power brick is off as well.

2. Unplug the power brick cord from the back of the Xbox.

3. Wait 30 secs.

4. Plug the power brick cord back into the Xbox.

5. Try to start the game up again and see if it still displays that error.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get this game to install and allow you to play as intended. I can totally see how this could get really old really quickly. In instances where someone is experiencing issues with trials
not recognizing that the disc is now inserted, you might have to do things in a particular order.

I suggest uninstalling the version of the Fifa, then doing that soft factory reset, and finally reinstalling the game
through the disc.

When you get the chance, try those things in order and let us know if that helped.
