Your refund request webpage does not work.

Hello. This does not work. I've tried requesting a refund through the same link from my main Computer, android mobile phone browser and my laptop. Would living in Australia be a reason why the webpage does not work correctly?

Hello, does it give you option to respond to the denial email. If it does respond there for refund. Dont open up a new request you already have it open. Try from a different browser, laptop, computer, smartphone, tablet or console to go to webpage.
