We have recently bought an Xbox one s for my son and have downloaded his Xbox profile which he has used for iPad minecraft and Roblox. But when trying to gplay games from the game pass like plants and zombies or lego Star Wars 3 we just keep getting
this message - Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox live. We deleted the profile and reloaded it but no difference. I am his mum (he is young) and so not completely tech savvy so please be kind and any instructions
need to be for ‘dummies’ Thanks

    :)

Thank you for responding. No, no error code. Its just a screen that pops up.

the top section of the screen is a grey banner with a red circle and a white x in it, then my sons tagname. Then there is a large central white section which has the message in it. Then there is a green banner at the bottom with OK in it. Then there are
two options below a green circle with A Select and a red circle with B Back.

    Hi there,

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We want to make sure that you have checked your download speeds and compared them with

the recommendations suggested . Low speeds during a profile download can cause errors with the download. We also suggest
removing the profile, and downloading it again. Let us know how these steps help. Thank you.
