Battlefield not showing in MY GAMES

Dear, i have downloaded battlefield karkland and premium, i cant see them in My games and in download history when i press play now i recieve " TO USE THIS ITEM, PLAY THE GAME IT WAS DOWNLOADED FOR,

Happened to me too, Hard reset your Xbox (hold power button for 10 seconds). When it comes back on premium will work.
