    Hi! I am currently trying to change the main "Account Alias" for my Microsoft/Xbox account. The original email I had used was an Xbox Live Family account email. However, that was a very long time ago, and the whole "xbox live family" isn't really a thing anymore. I want to change the main alias to a different email, however it says "Your organization's policies prevent you from changing your primary alias." Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Since it is an old family account, I believe it is an account with the @xboxlivefamily.com domain, which has been causing this issue.

    If that is the case, your only option would be to try with support and see if they can manually change it because as far as I can remember there was not a fix for this.

    I tried but it says Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue. But ill keep trying thank you
