    When I try to join a party (and I think that this is only when there are people in the party that aren't my friends), I get a message saying, "Your network settings are blocking party chat for some people." All my Xbox account settings are set to allow,
    so I don't think it's because I'm not allowed to talk to people who aren't my friends. When I go to Settings >> Network, in server connectivity, it says blocked. I have done all the solutions on

    this page.     I have also tried using a third party teredo reset .bat file, but that didn't work either. The network type I am connected to is enabled with Windows Firewall. My mic is enabled and working. Are there any solutions, or do I just have to friend
    everyone in the party?

    Hi there,

    As you say you have already tried all of the steps on this
    page    , take a look at this
    page     and see if any of the steps on there help you.

    Also just double check the account's privacy settings for communication by signing into the parent account or any other adult account in the family and check the minor account privacy settings so that everything is set to allowed or everybody. You can do
    so from account.microsoft.com/family or straight from the Xbox under the Account settings.

    Once you confirm the communication settings and if the party chat is still disconnected, then a clean boot of the PC may help in case a background application is blocking connectivity through the Xbox app.

    It is a minor account and it is part of a family.
