Can you run a network test from your console under Settings > Network and run the tests there? Let us know what they say?

You might also want to check your Privacy and Online Saftey Settings: Xbox One online safety and privacy settings See if they might be preventing you from getting online and connected.

Hello WivioYT, I've been having the exact same problem with the exact same error code. My long term fix was to USB Tether my phone until it started affecting that too, but through some searching on youtube, I found this temporary fix. Open CMD as administrator
    and run the following command:

netsh interface teredo set state enterpriseclient

See what that does for you. In my experience, it changes NAT from blocked to strict and then allows me to join the party. I'll keep searching, but in the meantime, I hope that helps

Also, make sure your router's firmware and your network adapter is all up to date

    Hello cancededaphid09!

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. The suggestions above are all great options to try. This issue can also be fixed by port forwarding. This list of

    Xbox One Ports
will be required to use. Also, it is important to know the make and model of your router. The steps on how to perform port forwarding are located at the
port forward website. Be sure to let us know the results!

Since it worked yesterday you should restart your router and xbox one by unplugging first before trying this:

This is usually a NAT problem. See here for tips:
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution

    Here's how I'd do it:

    1. Access your router's admin/config settings and set your router's MTU size to manual and 1492.

    2. Set your xbox's IP to static and to a higher number on your dhcp table (192,161,1,149). Keep subnet mask, DNS server and gateway the same.

    3. Set the DMZ IP to that IP you have set on your xbox and reboot your router and xbox one and you'll have open NAT and no more issue.
