    I have an NAT problem, I'm trying to get "OPEN NAT"

    Xbox power settings switched manually between energy and instant-on to see difference, result none

    Status code:0x1040040000000000

    NAT Moderate

    Upnp cycled through disable and enable, though I'm aiming for port forwarding for a more stable connection

    I'm using a static ip for xbox with all needed ports open for xbox live

    The only port I can use apparently is 3074 for alternate port selection or the random ports in the 50000 category

    Router model is a Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000

    Tri band router

    I've restarted after every change on xbox and router

    I'd be really ecstatic if I can have help,

    NAT type almost always Moderate. Making it difficult to play GTA V with friends. BT Home Hub 5. Xbox One.

    Forgot to mention, on detailed NAT information it says:

    Your network is behind a port-restricted NAT.

    Your nat type is not controlled by your console it's controlled by your internet service provider you should probably contact them

    Check the port forwarding settings of your router and open them.

    Sometimes the NAT type will just change randomly. It happens with me and my friends all the time.

    Sometimes pressing the 'test nat type' button fixes this issue and switches the nat to open after one or two presses.
