    I cant send messages on xbox 360, this includes game invites. Im on Xbox one playing "Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2" backward compatibly. This is a recent problem as I was able to send game invites about 48 hours ago

    I'm sorry to see that this error is still occurring. At this moment please contact Xbox Support to have this case sent to the Xbox Advocacy Team to have them look into this for you. You may contact Xbox Support at:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us They will be able to send the case to them so they can look both on the Server Side and within the Account to resolve the issue. If you have any further questions

    Hello RaveDragon,

    If you could please Clear your system cache 3-times to ensure any un-needed files are removed. (Settings, system, storage, hover-over the Hard-drive and click (Y).) Once you do that please then re-download your profile only and test your Xbox Live connection
    to ensure your getting the best results. After that please restart your Xbox and try to send Messages. Currently are you able to send messages through the Xbox.com website? Please keep us updated!

    The "message could not be sent" error is gone, however, it is still not sending direct game invites or messages from 360 to 360.

    To play the NCAA14 Dynasty user games we have to join a party and invite from there. It is at least playable now. Not sure about other games.
