I am trying to play Battlefield 4 on my xbox 360 slim. i hav the xbox live gold membership, but I still get the following connection error-

To see whether or not you're still a gold member, you need to do the following on your XBox:

1. Hit the Xbox Guide button on your controller

2. Scroll all the way to the right, then select Account Management

3. Scroll right once and click subscriptions

5. Click on Xbox Live and see if there is an expiration date. If there is, then you're still gold, which would mean then you may have been banned/suspended from online play within Battlefield itself. If it states you're silver, then you'll have to purchase
another subscription.
