I've downloaded the game, played for over 3hrs for the past two days and recieveed Nothing there is no indication on the website at all implying the reward no button to press and this stupid error keeps popping up and for some reason for several seconds I'm
stated as being signed out then it fixes itself

somebody please get this program to work for me the rewards programs never work for me for some irritating reason and because of it I miss out all the time it's annoying. Please can somebody fix this issue for me I'd appreciate it thank you.

My rewards are not working

It takes 96 hours for purchases and activity to update on the website so 2 days is far too soon. Subsequently, you need to complete promotions or make eligible purchases to be rewarded. Also, Trove and Gems of War are the only eligible
titles to earn rewards for playing. however you do not receive reward credits, but rather in-game currency for Trove and Sweepstakes entries for Gems of War.

 

Why is Xbox Rewards not linked with the Xbox account?

I have clearly been playing Trove as my only game for the past few months, but when I linked my account with Xbox Rewards through the website, it still told me to download Trove. Since my Xbox already has Trove why does my Xbox Rewards account not know this
same thing? It's through the same Microsoft account even. Because of this, I am unable to access a promotion that I wanted. Shouldn't Xbox Rewards be able to instantly see that my account activity has fulfilled the time requirements as soon as the Rewards
program is linked by viewing my account activity? It just doesn't make sense

 

Keep in mind that it should take about 96 hours for the rewards to show. Since the offer hasn't been available that long yet, it would be too soon to see a redemption button.

As stated by the other posters, from our FAQ:

—When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you've completed a 30-minute segment of playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed.
Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

However, we have not heard of the web error that you are describing. When we log into your account, we are unable to see this occurring, so it may be a connectivity issue on your end. You could try using a different browser or clearing your cache.
