    I was talking with AZALIA R the rcs in spanish and she was RACIST, ABUSIVE AND she closed my chat when I didn´t finish she didn{t transfer me to the supervisor and she was too rude, MICROSOFT if that the persons that you contact to help us or you do not
    have qualifies personal to help? I AM SO UPSET FOR THE BAD SERVICE

    • Does the issue occur on a specific game only?
    • Have your checked if the game region or language was set to English?
    • Are you also playing the games on an Xbox console?

    I found a very stupid solution !!!, changing the language of your computer to Spanish Spain even if it is very stupid it worked just go to the bottom right install the Spanish language Spain and log out and then open the game in administrator mode I hope
    it works

    Yes all the information is in the packaging. But only in spanish or english. No support for European or German customers.

    Xbox Controller Has Connection Issues

    I got the same problem and recently my controller started disconnecting constantly making games unplayable. Unfortunately it is impossible to get in touch with their Service department, no phone is shown, no chat is shown, nothing. I can't report the problem.

    PS: I am trying to get in touch with Xbox's spanish customer service.

    I did not really understand that. Can you post that in Spanish or Portuguese so a Spanish or Portuguese speaking member can help you? Google Translate is a horrible service or you just do not know English that much which is no problem. Ill make sure a Spanish
    or Portuguese speaking member will answer this.
