I recently bought got an Xbox and created a Microsoft account. it worked and installed games to play. I switched it off and after rebooting was failing to login and was prompted fix via web. I tried to login via account.live.com and my account says it locked and verifying via text is not working at the moment.
its saying try another verification method but there isn't any other although i did setup a recovery email.

Have you been able to sign into your account on the Xbox?

Or does it produce the same error with your account been locked?

I have seen other people having this problem and I have passed this thread link to someone at Microsoft.
