Hello!

I bought xbox series s yesterday and created a new account. Yesterday I bought some game keys and activated them. Today I saw the message that my account has been locked. I tried to get an access by using number but I was nervous so I typed the wrong phone number. Now when I'm trying to do it again I have a message: Try another verification method. That verification method isn't working right now and there is only a button "learn more".

I have an access to account email.

Complete error message:

Your account has been locked.

We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Service Agreement and have locked your account.

Choose next and we will send a verification code to your phone. After your enter a code you can get back your account.

Have you been able to sign into your account on the Xbox?

Or does it produce the same error with your account been locked?

I have seen other people having this problem and I have passed this thread link to someone at Microsoft.
