Been trying to get my rewards for about 2 years approximately. Your account appears to have a problem:.... please support people, give it some attention. Before 2 Years it worked perfect - everytime if i have 5000 Rewardpoints i got it as account credit
on my MS-Account. I don't know what there is wrong with my Account. Please Help me - I got now over 25000 Reward Points - and for what ?? - I think microsoft has no need to withhold these award points. So I hope that this will lead slowly in a way to be happy
about the reward program.

Unable to downoad Battlefield 1943

Does the game appear when You Go to your profile on the web? If so there is a problem with your account, If It does not appears it's because You don't have the game in your account

I have a strange problem - Original account appears to have vanished into the aether.

So, i made my original xbox live account back in 2009. Approximately a year later, life happened, and because of it my xbox went without internet for 3-4 years. During this time they implemented microsoft accounts. So when i finally was able to hook my xbox
up to the internet again, it prompted me to make a microsoft account, so i did, using the email attached to my original xbox live account. It then went "Here's your new gamertag!" So now my original xbox live acct is unaccessible, floating in the void. I have
not been able to figure out how to retrieve it.

Is there any hope in retrieving this account at all? Or should i just give up on it?

(Also I do hope this is an okay place to post this problem. It's such an odd problem i wasn't certain where was best)

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Since you are using multiple Microsoft billable accounts to make payments, our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account
to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have
not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Yes, they should appear on your account. Xbox services was having a problem with downloads. Again if they don't appear you will need to contact http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If PIN is not working, that could be due to problems with your user account. Your user account might be corrupted and that can cause this problem to appear. To fix the issue, you need to convert your Microsoft account to a local account

Yes, I understand but the xbox account should be linked to the new Epic account with no problems.

Is your Xbox account appearing an the Apps and Accounts tab?
