You should be able to defend yourself before having your account suspended

When you signed up for the service you agreed to abide by the Code of Conduct. This is all the warning you need, ignorance is no defence.

My main problems are the people who purposely glitch you into a wall and melee and you can't defend yourself. They should be suspended for abusing a glitch.

They were still able to message me after their suspensions would have happened. As I say though I don’t fully understand this whole system because it’s just a case of not being able to defend your case properly. I put a respectful appeal in and it got denied. I suppose there’s no point in keeping this open anymore, I got the response at least.. I just think the whole suspension system is extremely unfair and should be revamped, so you can actually be spoken with via say the enforcement section, and defend yourself instead of just being suspended for something that shouldn’t even be considered bad, compared to what some people say when they’re suspended.

It is hard not to defend yourself in those situations but like others have mentioned, try your best not to reply to someone who uses profanity. If they use that, it is your one way ticket to get them suspended when you report them.

Op,you can defend yourself on live without getting banned.It's how you defend yourself,do it by swearing & being abusive is not the right way.

You may be suspended for filing multiple false reports,not for filing to many reports.

I swear like a trooper but know not to swear if i'm in a public lobby.
