    October rewards email stated There seems to be an issue with your account: and sent me here. I see others were to with no answers. This is a pretty crappy way to support this. Just email me what I need to do, or fix it yourself. This is useless and time
    wasting, so thanks. An answer to any of the ppl posting about this would be great.

    There's a problem with my rewards account

    So, I received an email (to a different email address than my Gamer tag is registered to) that stated there is a problem with my Xbox rewards account. It gave me a link that sent me here. Soooo.....Hi! I have a problem.

    You should also get a comfirmation email sent to the email address linked to your account.

    The codes should have been sent to the account with the Gamertag on it. For me, my Waypoint/Halo account is the exact same login as my Gamertag, so if anything it would be sent to the same email?

    Or to resolve this issue, just type the 25 digit code they sent you via email if you can onto your Gamertag's account.
