Please try to completely log out of your MS account in Minecraft on your Nintendo Switch. Restart your Switch then Log in back again.

If it does not help, try to reinstall your Minecraft.

If your issue persists, please request support on Minecraft by filling out the form on the link below. Select the Nintendo Switch on the platform option.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble in Minecraft. Can you please confirm if you're getting this error in Realms or servers? If the error is in Realms, can you check if you will get the same error in servers?

Can you please try this? Go to your iPad Settings > General > Date and Time > Enable "Set automatically".

After this please try to restart your iPad. Then launch Minecraft, sign in your Microsoft account and check if you will still get the same error.

If you have data/hotspot, try to use that as your connection too and see if it will help.
