    I have several payment options on file and have bought games from my Series X yesterday. I am trying to buy Prince of Persia: Sands of Time on the Xbox marketplace (since I can't buy it from the console) and when I click purchase it tells me "You have no valid payment options on file.". When I try to add a payment option (even though I have several already) it gives me this:

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later.

    backwards compatible games

    Hi,

    Gold X360 backward compatible games will always show you a Buy This Game.

    But, that's no problem, click on Buy This Game and you will see Free if your Gold Subscription is valid. You will also need a valid payment associated to your account.

    Excerpt from the FAQ

    "When I try to download a game from Xbox.com I get a message that says "You have no valid payment options on file." Will I be charged for the free Games with Gold?

    You won’t be charged for the Games with Gold download. The Xbox.com Store requires a valid payment option to download Xbox 360 games. However, no charges will be made since Games with Gold is free to Xbox Live Gold members."

    I Cant Grab Xbox 360 games from games with Gold

    If you are trying to get the game from the Xbox One. The console will try to check if you have a valid payment on file, in this case a credit card. If you haven't got one, then your only option would be to get the game using a Xbox 360 instead.

    Yes that's correct. I was able to buy it on my xbox 360 but I had to drag it out of the closet and update it and find my controller and all that. But it does work on the 360 store.

    I'm going to guess this is when you were trying to purchase Prince of Persia sands of Time digital through the Ubisoft sale this week I'm in the same boat support wasn't able to help me or at least they took their sweet time and I don't think they had an answer
