so i very very very rarely leave gamesive probably left 3 time since i started playing this week but that was from connection issues plus i already got punished for those i got a 1 hour ban and thats fine that doesnt bother me but i was just playing and

Playing A Game On Multiple Consoles

People are not getting banned for playing the game they purchased on multiple consoles - unless there is extreme abuse such as sharing Gamertags which has been done in the past or excessive downloads to many consoles. There has been a recent banhammer being
swung at people downloading free/sale items from other regions than their own or otherwise manipulating the marketplace. You should not have anything to worry about judging by the description of your situation.

I got struck by lightning in the game yesterday, it was the first time that has happened to me in the PC or 360.

Nobody is immune to the banhammer. Give it time if they are in the wrong, they will get the banhammer. It takes time going through all the complaint reports. Just avoid them, block and move on.

I have been down 3 days to. Its as is the cornavo virus has struck Microsoft.

Drat. The funds just aren't available to buy anything that isn't a necessity. Been wondering if this might be a usable solution for a little while, didn't wanna try it out and get smacked with the banhammer or something though.

You might have been smacked with a ban because of the people who you were partying with when the banhammer hit. Lo.. the hammer came down... Like the song says. It does suck. You have to realize though that every single person who has been banned has
an appeal in to Microsoft saying essentially they didn't do anything... So. Stand in line.... or go refurbish an xbox.
