look guys everytime i try to login in to xbox live on modern warfare 1 its says "this current profile is not allowed on xbox live"

HELP CUZ I DONT KNOW IF I AM BANNED OR NOT

If it's a permanent ban then you forfeit any remaining gold time,digital content etc. which is something you agreed to when starting your account.

If it's a suspension then you are not entitled to a refund for any lost gold time,something else you agreed to.

The rules are the same on PSN/PS4
