You guys broke my xbox

Microsoft you guys broke my xbox. Its a ONE S and Ive only had it for a year and a half. The past week I've been trying to get it to work. Ive tried everything and the error screen was still there. I keep getting the same response from the support team
on how to fix it.

Xbox support on twitter doesn't take this seriously either. You guys seem to just sweep this problem under the rug. My question is why is this happening to only some of us? My friends xbox works fine and he has had his a lot longer than mine. Not to mention
it's the original one. So why is my upgraded version of the xbox not working? I feel like this update you guys did messed it up in August. Everyone else that has this problem seems to talk about it right after that recent update. Not to mention a new problem
has arise for me yesterday where my xbox now turns itself off after being turned on. I searched it up and the only issue that pops up is that its an internal power supply problem... or that there is dust in your xbox. I don't game for 12 hrs like others. Yet
my xbox turns off by itself. I've never run into these problems before this issue. So again, please answer why this is happening to some of us, and what you guys will do to fix it.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this. If you have an S you would follow the steps outlined in the link.

If it does not do the trick you more than likely will have to get yourconsole repaired.

I have a one S. So i dont have a power brick to check if it turns orange. What should I do for the one s? The same thing?

Troubleshooting can be frustrating and you might have tried some of these steps already, but lets see if we can work it out.

Let me know if you have tried any of these steps.

Hard reset the Console.

Press and hold the power button on the console until it completely switched off.
Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
Now you have to ensue any remaining power in the Xbox One battery is drained, so wait for two minutes and then press the power button four times.
Plug the power cable back into the console.
Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
Turn on the console using the power button.

Make sure there is good air circulation and check the power settings on the console : Console turns off unexpectedly.

If non of that works, see the guide on System update solutions and how to perform an Offline
system update.

My current issue is my xbox turns itself off. I go to turn it on, then it turns off a couple seconds later. Not sure why its happening. All I know is the root problem is the OS update from August you guys put out. Also there is no way it over heated or
something. I havent even played it in days and it does this.
