: you don't have enough storage space to take this update xbox 360

I am struggling tonight with an xbox 360 s console, I know its ancient, but I am just a mom trying to put disney plus or hulu or netflix on for her kid. I even went and bought a used plug today to make this mission possible and its been soooo annoying.

it says cannot download update test connection, but the connection says unknown even though its connected to my internet I'm so confused

If there is enough space, can you try to delete your profile and then redownload it?

That page has numerous options, some of which you have tried. I'd definitely check how much space you have and clear up as much as you can for the update. Let us know if any of these work.

I am having this exact problem as above. All saved apps are deleted and it says I don't have enough storage space for the update. I'm completely disabled, the Xbox is 1 year old has full storage space but won't update. Help!

If you don't have enough space, you can upgrade your HDD or use USB storage devices to supplement your space. As far as the update, check the links Knowitall posted.
