You Compete Me Rewards

I recently, Thurs 2/15/2018, purchased both Call of Duty WWII ($38.99 before tax) and Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe Edition ($64.99 before tax) trying to complete the "Cherish the bonds of bro-ship" step in the "You Compete Me Rewards" Mission. However, when
I look at my Mission page under the You Compete Rewards, the first task has no hearts and does not appear to be filled out. I bought the games digitally on the Xbox store and they are listed directly as options of games you can buy. So, why are the rewards
not showing up? I tried to talk to Xbox Chat today, but they said they couldn't do anything and that I need to contact Xbox Live Rewards Program directly. They also said there is no direct way to contact y'all at the Xbox Live Rewards Program directly, except
via the Forum. So, here I am. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A side question: where can we see the cashback that we've earned? I spent over $290 in January and December on digital Xbox games, and I am a level 4 VIP so I should be getting 8% cashback on purchases, around $23. Where do I find if I have received this
money? And where do I find out where that money is deposited? Is it deposited as 23,000 rewards credits?

Hello,

I recently bought Fifa 18(spent the £40 required) to complete part one of the "you compete me section". This part of the rewards section for me does not appear to have completed and it was purchased over 96 hours ago.

Please can this be looked into for me as I have been taking part each month to get the maximum reward of Gems.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

You purchased that title on February 3rd. We see that it was received and punched on the 7th. Please allow 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity.

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases. So it would still be too soon to see the site update.

Any credits you've already earned are listed on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. Where you see your current pending credits, you can change your statement to show you your deposited credits and your lifetime credits earned (all credits pending
and deposited). The statement will list what the credits are from and when they were deposited. VIP Rebates would be listed on the last date of the month they are for. Once credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance.
You can verify your deposit by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

Hi SpearlikeTag2. Smwutches is correct. Looks like we recognize your Call of Duty WWII purchase, but since your Destiny 2 purchase processed on 2/16, the offer has yet to update with that purchase data. It does qualify so it will update with that information
soon.

To verify, payback Credits for your past purchases were awarded and deposited to your Microsoft account. The last deposit was made on February 7th.

Level 1: Cherish the Bonds of Bro-ship (UNLOCKS LEVEL 2) — Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $50 before tax on multiplayer digital games like Overwatch, Call of Duty WWII, and Destiny 2, or friend-focused movies and TV shows like Superbad,
The Hangover, and The Big Bang Theory from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have not completed level 1, you have not unlocked level 2, the achievements portion.
