You Compete Me 1st Step WILL NOT COMPLETE

Greeting to whom may can help me,

Hello, I am , I've been an Xbox Loyal and Fan for almost a decade and been enrolled in Xbox Reward since it first arrived. I never get the chance to complete MyMissions until recently finding out how to complete them correctly.

I hereby seeking help for an issue I've been encountered and is on a short short amount of time left to complete.

For the challenge "You Compete Me" - 3 task. 1st Task: Spend $50 before tax on Selected Games/ Movies Titles... 2nd Task: Complete 5 achievements in the Purchased Game(s)... 3rd Task; Complete the previous 2 tasks.

So I did spend about $70 for task #1, but I am still stuck at 4 Hearts out of 5, meaning I only spend about $40 out of $50 required.

My purchases are Halo Wars 2: The Awakening ($17.99), CoD: MWR ($39.99), and recently, Sunday Feb. 18th I purchased my final amount Central Intelligence ($12.99).

It has been more than 96 hours for my final purchase. I have not seen the update to move on to the next challenge, I am saving my achievements before unlocking them all for nothing. Please do help.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

You purchased that title on February 3rd. We see that it was received and punched on the 7th. Please allow 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity.

You Compete Me Rewards

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases. So it would still be too soon to see the site update.

Any credits you've already earned are listed on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. Where you see your current pending credits, you can change your statement to show you your deposited credits and your lifetime credits earned (all credits pending
and deposited). The statement will list what the credits are from and when they were deposited. VIP Rebates would be listed on the last date of the month they are for. Once credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance.
You can verify your deposit by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

Update: I just purchased The Other Guys for $12.99, that should be way over the $50 required amount to complete then proceed.

Thank you for the detailed report. After investigating your account with the information provided, we determined that your purchase of Halo Wars 2: Awakening the Nightmare did not progress correctly. After further investigation on this particular purchase,
we found that a tracking error was occurring due to the product's Play Anywhere status flagging it as a PC-only purchase. Since we only Reward Xbox purchases, this caused the purchase to be skipped. We have resolved this issue, and you should see the offer
progress shortly, with the achievements updating once that process is complete. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi SpearlikeTag2. Smwutches is correct. Looks like we recognize your Call of Duty WWII purchase, but since your Destiny 2 purchase processed on 2/16, the offer has yet to update with that purchase data. It does qualify so it will update with that information
soon.

To verify, payback Credits for your past purchases were awarded and deposited to your Microsoft account. The last deposit was made on February 7th.

You only need to compare the amount of studios Sony own to what Microsoft own to see that Xbox has no chance of competing with PlayStation where 1st party games are concerned.

They should be opening more studios not closing them.

Just checked, and thanks for pointing out where to go via the 360, but wasnt there a way of doing this same thing via PC and quing up what you wanted your 360 to download?

I remember doing that B4, but now that the forums etc have changed somewhat since the X1. I cant seem to navigate back to it.

You will only be able to re-download games that you have already downloaded, if you missed them at the time you missed them for good.

If you press the guide button then scroll left to account management, your download history should be there.

If you want a full list of the games on your PC, google it.
